How a user can use the Poly15 Sound Bar for a conference Room (For PC Laptops or Mac Laptops) *This section are instructions for the KW employee using the Office Room
- Turn the Office Room TV On
- Plug in the USB-C connector into your laptop
3. Input for the TV should already be set to the default HDMI source. If not change to the other HDMI option (HDMI 1 or HDMI 2)
4. TV should start mirroring what is on your laptop. If you would like to change the sound/camera from the bar to your machine. You will need to adjust it to your source of choice from your PC.
5. Poly15 Video Sound Bar light will stay grey until you use an application (Zoom,Teams,etc.) that is going to use the Poly15 camera. Once the application opens, the light will turn green.
6. When finish with the conference call unplug the USB-C connector, then turn off the TV.
