How to use the Bose Video Sound Bar for a Conference Room (For PC Laptops or Mac Laptops)
Our conference rooms now have all the same technology for ease of use! Whether you’re looking to mirror your screen or use the camera and microphone for your hybrid meetings, our conference rooms are able to support you.
How to get started:
- Turn on the Conference Room TV by using the button on the TV itself.
- Plug the USB-C connector from the device into your laptop. Upon plugging in, the TV should start mirroring what is on your laptop. If your screen does not mirror, try changing the input to the other HDMI option (either HDMI 1 or HDMI 2).
How to use the camera function:
- The Bose Video Sound Bar light will appear grey until you start an application (Zoom, Teams, etc.) that will use the Bose camera.
- Once the application opens, the light will turn green.
- If you would like to change the sound/camera from the bar to your laptop, you will need to adjust it to the source of your choice from your machine.
- When you finish your conference call, unplug the USB-C connector, then turn off the TV.
